Netsteel

Netsteel is a customer service platform of AM Europe Long Products. It is currently offered for specific product segments and provides various online services such as document retrieval and order status details. Customers can track and follow-up on their orders in addition to searching, viewing and downloading different documents e.g., order confirmations, invoices, quality certificates, dispatch advices and packing lists. Additional functionalities include a complete dynamic view of the planned rolling schedules, mill standstills and availability of stock.

The aim of the platform is to bundle all of our online services and serve as a one stop shop for the customer to help them manage their business more effectively. It has been designed in a way to assist customers in obtaining accurate and timely information about their orders. The data is regularly updated and maintained to the highest standard. Our team is constantly working on improving our existing services and adding new functionalities to benefit our customers.
